William "Bill" Raymond Murray

William R. “Bill” Murray, age 77, of Atco, NJ, passed away on Sunday July 12, 2020. Son of the late Maryanne (nee Brogan) and William Murray. Beloved husband of Marie Murray (nee Cortellini). Father to fur babies Ruff and Dave. He is also survived and will be sadly missed by many cousins and extended family members. Bill was born in Philadelphia, PA and had resided in Atco since 1985. He worked as a horse trainer for many years, traveling to many areas tracks and to tracks overseas. He loved music and was an avid guitar player. He also enjoyed art and antiques. A viewing will be held on Friday July 17, 2020 from 8:30 to 10:30 am at the Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ. A funeral mass will begin at 11:00 am at Christ the Redeemer Parish/Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco. Interment will follow mass at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
