February 20, 1943 — July 6, 2021

VALERIE WONDOLOWSKI (nee Trotter),age 78, passed away peacefully, on July 6, 2021, at her Voorhees home. Val was preceded in death by her beloved husband Dr. Mel of 38 years, her mother Margaret (nee Robinson) Trotter and father Daniel Trotter, and her brother Daniel Trotter. She is survived by her sister Claire (nee Trotter) and Earl Vanartsdalen, her brother Scott and Nancy (nee Schwartz) Trotter, her niece Patti (nee Trotter) and Ken Hangliter, her great nephew Matthew Hangliter, her great niece Courtney (nee Bennett) and Nic Wojtusik and their children Nicholas and Margot. Val, affectionately known as "Ms. Fix it" and was an esteemed Chemistry teacher & professor. Her teaching career included 8 publications in the research of Lactose and its bound enzymes. Valerie had many passions in life. She had a love for performing arts, cooking, baking, gardening, the Phillies, her book club, swimming and repairing/fixing things around the house. She was also a board member in her neighborhood Alluvium. Her advice, friendship and humor will be missed by family, friends and associates from all walks of life. A celebration of life followed by a luncheon will be held Friday, September 17th, 2021, from 12 noon to 3 pm at The Chophouse, 4 Lakeview Drive, Gibbsboro, NJ.
