Thomas M. Mckelvey, Jr.

Thomas M. McKelvey, Jr., age 75 of Medford, NJ, passed away on October 31, 2024, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born to the late Thomas McKelvey, Sr. and Virginia McKelvey (nee Sloan) in Camden, NJ. A proud US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. Tom leaves behind a legacy of service and love for his country. Known for his selflessness and caring nature, Tom was always ready to help those in need, whether they were strangers or loved ones. Tom owned and operated his own dry wall contracting business, Tom McKelvey, Inc., for 46 years. He will be remembered as a devoted family man and an excellent provider. Tom cherished spending time with his family. He enjoyed golfing, dancing, taking walks, and tending to his garden. Tom valued his time spent in Ocean City, NJ and Florida. He will be deeply missed.

Thomas is predeceased by his brothers, William McKelvey and Michael McKelvey, and parents, Thomas McKelvey, Sr. and Virginia McKelvey.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret C. McKelvey (nee Brown); daughters, Michelle Craig (Don) and Alyssa Angelino (Michael Kleinman); grandchildren, Luke Angelino, Randi Angelino, Mitchell Kleinman, and Elyssa Kleinman; siblings, Jerry McKelvey and Ginny Stakley (Steve); and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 AM followed by Military Honors.
