Teresa "Terri" Ann Hess

Teresa “Terri” Ann Hess, age 50, a lifelong resident of Berlin, passed away suddenly and tragically on June 14, 2022, changing our worlds forever with the loss of our beautiful daughter and sister. Terri was a loving sister and daughter, who was loved more than she will ever know. Her loss is a tremendous void in all our hearts and to say she will be missed is truly an understatement.

Terri was a wonderful caretaker to her mother Lorraine, who is now so lost without her. She was always there for her sisters and family. Terri would give you her last dollar if she thought she could help you. She was a best friend, daughter, sister, and aunt who would love you fiercely and fight with you just as fiercely.

She was lovingly known as “TT” by her nieces and nephews, and they were her whole word. Terri spoke of her nieces and nephews with such pride and love.

We shared many laughs, tears, talks, and sometimes fights, but she was our sister and we loved and still do love her with all our hearts.

Terri was a hairdresser that made many people look pretty over the years. She was more like a magician than a beautician – always exceeding her client’s expectations. She loved music and would often go for car rides just to listen to a song. Terri could also be found relaxing and watching her favorite TV shows, Grey’s Anatomy and Friends.

Terri is predeceased by her father, Martin F. Hess.

She is survived by her mother, Lorraine B. Contardo; sisters, Connie Silovitz (Alec), Gina Stant (Jay), and Lori Hunger (Jimmy); nieces and nephews, Kevin R. Reid, Gracie A. Hunger, Lucky J. Hunger, and Harper C. Hunger.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial visitation on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 6:30pm-7:30pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. A memorial service will begin at 7:30pm at the funeral home.
