Scott Bowe

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Scott Christopher Bowe, who left us on October 6, 2024, at the age of 60. Scott was a kind-hearted man who touched the lives of many with his warmth, humor, and love for family and friends.

Scott spent his life caring for those close to him and spreading joy wherever he went. Most in the community experienced this joy from his many years of coaching local sports teams. Scott had a love for coaching. He was a champion for the underdogs, always standing up for those who needed it most. His loving nature didn't stop with coaching, he would never hesitate to help anyone around him in need anyway he could.

Scott had a passion for helping small businesses and was exceptional at it. Scott’s advertising skills and occasional food pictures helped many small businesses especially those close to home. Interacting and helping the hardworking mom and pop businesses succeed was what he loved to do.

Above all, Scott cherished his time with family and friends. Whether as a devoted and very proud father, son, brother, uncle or friend, his caring nature shone through in everything he did. He lived with no regrets, fully, finding happiness in the little things like sharing a (sometimes inappropriate) laugh, cooking his famous captain crunch chicken, tending to his tomato plants or binge watching a TV series.

Scott was an experience in itself, as his excitement was infectious and brought people together. He will be missed dearly by everyone who knew him. His legacy of kindness and love will live on in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to share his life.

He is survived by his children who were his world, son, Ryan Bowe and daughter, Bella (Bryanna) Bowe; mother of his children, Manuela Bowe; Parents Thomas L. & Dolores Bowe; his brother and sisters, Debra Bricketto (Martin), Karen Bowe, Nancy Bowe, Theresa Dougherty (Thomas) and Thomas J. Bowe; countless aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Rest in peace, Scott. Your love and laughter will never be forgotten.
