Samuel B. Ragonese

Samuel B. Ragonese, age 90, of Atco, NJ passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Ragonese, his children, Michael, Robert, David (Sandra) and Carlos (Tika), his sister Josie, his grandchildren, Jacob, Nora, Tiana, Christian, and Desmond, his great-grandchild, Baby Ragonese, and many nieces, nephews and two sisters-in-law, Pat (Ed) Carney and Kathleen Rawlings. Samuel is pre-deceased by his parents, Sebastian Ragonese and Carmelita Benatti, his sister, Gilda, and his brother Henry. Sam was also loved by his four-legged friends, Lucky, Chang and Buddy Boy.

Samuel worked as a contractor, as well as specializing in windows and doors for several companies throughout the years like Sears and Home Depot. He was a true craftsman and enjoyed carving wooden figurines. In his free time, he could be found camping, at the gun range or in the summer enjoying the shore with Peggy. He was even on a bowling league with a high score of 275!

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 23rd, 2023 from 10:00 am to 10:45 am at Christ the Redeemer Parish Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco, NJ with Mass beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will be private.
