Ronald C. Rovegno

Ronald C. Rovegno, 79, of Vineland, NJ, passed away on December 25, 2021. He was born on April 6, 1942 in Vineland, NJ, to the late Alex and Clara Rovegno. Ron was previously deceased by his friend and loving companion of 35 years, Margaret Lynd. Ronald served in the United States Air Force from 1959 to 1963 in the Strategic Air Command (SAC) and received a good conduct medal. He attended Sacred Heart Catholic High School in Vineland, NJ, Northeast Catholic High School, in Philadelphia, PA, and graduated from Camden Catholic High School, In Camden, NJ. Ronald had previously been employed by Imperial Distribution Company in Vineland, NJ, Camden City Police Department, Camden, NJ, Vineland City Police Department, Vineland, NJ, and the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, Philadelphia, PA, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Naval Ship Systems Engineering Station in Philadelphia, Pa and retired from Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) in Philadelphia, PA, where he had worked his way up to leader and foreman. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am on Thursday December 30, 2021 at the Parish of Saint Padre Pio-Church of Our Lady of Pompeii, 4680 Dante Avenue Vineland, NJ 08361.
