Robert Michael Pienta

Robert Pienta, (age 51) was born on April 10, 1971 and unexpectedly left us on December 16, 2022. He is survived by his wife Xiaohong Zhang; his four children, Dylan Pienta, Lauree Klein, Michael Klein, and Anthony Ferrante (Ashley); his grandson, Kyler Ferrante; his sister, Michelle Pienta; his niece, Korin Gray (Mike) and her family; his niece Amanda Pollak (Ibrahim); and the countless friends who loved him.

Bob, affectionately known by a lot of different nicknames (Bob-ert, Boo, Smoochie) was larger than life. He felt and loved deeply and loudly. Bob was born and raised in New Jersey. He loved Disney, poker, philosophical discussions and a good steak. He put his whole heart into everything he did. He was an expert in movie trivia and made the best mac & cheese and margaritas. He served honorably in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Technician and worked for the U.S. Treasury Dept. as an IRS auditor. Bob was also incredibly generous - he gave with no expectation of receiving anything in return except the joy of having made someone's day. His absence will be felt by all who loved him.

Cremation was held privately. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the AWA of Voorhees or any local charity; Animal Welfare Association, 509 Centennial Blvd, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043. Bob wanted the world to be a better place, and he would have loved to know that donations were made in his name.
