Robert Allen Horn

Robert A. Horn, age 57, of Williamstown, NJ passed away suddenly after a long illness on November 26, 2022. He was born to the late Raymond and Rose Anna (nee Bill) Horn in Cherry Hill, NJ. After graduating high school, Robert enrolled in trade school, completing four years of courses before joining Local 1823 as a union floor layer for over 30 years. Not only was he the jack of all trades, but he was the master of them too. Robert was always willing to lend a helping hand to someone in need. He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, singing, and will be remembered as the life of the party – always ready for a Coors Light and a good time. Robert will be deeply missed.

Robert is predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Rose Anna Horn and sister, Dawn Horn.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Michele Horn (Penney); daughters, Samantha Horn (Tom Hunt), Desiree Scarpulla (Mike Scarpulla), and Allison Horn (Jarett Rome); grandchildren, Peter, Ethan, Luna, and Cassadee; and siblings, Deborah Hickman, Raymond Horn (Barbara), Sandra Rack (Joseph), and Rodney Horn (Helen).

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 10am-12pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. A funeral service will begin at 12pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family.
