Richard Piatek

Richard Piatek, age 78 yrs. of Deptford, NJ passed away on June 9, 2020. Richard was born in Philadelphia on 9/24/1941 to Walter and Mary (Zabielska) Piatek. Richard was married to Bonita (Boltz) in 1995 until her passing in 2018. Richard is survived by his step-children, Theresa Talpos, Michael Talpos, Michele Bauer, Bonita Gaghan, and Kathleen Talpos. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and his brother, Robert Piatek. Richard is predeceased by his mother, father, and brother, Thomas Piatek. Richard was a chemist who worked for the Stepan Chemical Company for 30 years. A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. Services will begin at 12:00pm. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, Feasterville, PA. The funeral home will adhere to the Governors executive order of allowing 50 individuals in for the viewing and service. For those who are going to attend, please utilize social distancing and please wear a face covering.
