Richard J. Pelly

Richard J. Pelly age 54 yrs. Of Strasbury, VA passed away suddenly on May 20, 2020. Richard is predeceased by his father, Richard T. Pelly. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Pelly of Waterford, NJ, and his brothers, William Pelly (Gail Cunningham) of Waterford, NJ and James Pelly of Deptford, NJ. Richard is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Steffani (Justine), Vincent and Anthony and his great niece, Madelyn. Richard served his Country in the US Army. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that those who wish to make a donation in memory of Richard please donate either to the ASPCA or the Wounded Warrior Project.
