Ram R. Iyer

Ram R. Iyer, age 71 of Marlton, NJ, passed away on December 28, 2024. He was born to the late Narayanswamy and Mythili Ramamirtham in Pallavaram India.

Ram was an accomplished businessman, instrumental in building multiple successful companies. However, his greatest legacy lies in his unwavering dedication to enhancing the lives of those he loved. He was a devoted husband, son, father, grandfather, uncle, and brother whose life was defined by his deep commitment to his family. He took immense pride in being the person his family and friends could always count on, whether it was a big decision or a small favor. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for those he cared about, whether it was offering thoughtful personal or financial counsel or simply learning magic tricks just to see the amazement and joy on the faces of his granddaughter and nephews. He had a natural gift for entertaining and storytelling, always the life of every gathering, filling the room with laughter and love. He will be remembered not only for his warmth and generosity, but also for the light he brought into the lives of those he loved.

Ram is survived by his wife, Rupa Iyer; children, Amrit and Tara Iyer; daughter-in-law, Tiffany Iyer; grandchild, Olive Iyer; and sister, Kamakshi Venkataraman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing and Puja on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 3:00 PM, at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. Cremation to follow.
