Phyllis Ann Ruth (nee Zulli), a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on October 7th, 2024, at the age of 82.
Phyllis spent her life nurturing and caring for those around her. Her greatest joy was found in the simple pleasures of family life. She took immense pride in cooking delicious meals for her loved ones and creating countless memories around the dinner table.
An avid reader, she had a deep appreciation for literature and spent many hours immersed in the pages of her favorite books.
Phyllis also had a special place in her heart for animals, particularly cats, who brought her endless joy and companionship throughout the years. Her home was always a haven for furry friends in need.
Alongside her late husband, Bill, Phyllis shared a passion for travel and exploration. Together, they created unforgettable memories on numerous cruises and trips, including Alaska, California, and Canada. Even their trips to the casino brought them exceptional joy. Their adventures took them to various destinations, but it was the time spent together that brought her the greatest happiness.
She is survived by her children, Lori, Bill, Sandra, and Jack; her sisters, Kathleen and Linda; her grandchildren, Madalynne, Jaxon, and Cana; as well as her fur babies, Gus, Pumpkin, Spice, Tigger, and Pooh. Phyllis is pre-deceased by her husband, William “Bill,” and her parents, Pompeo and Catherine.
Family and friends are invited to attend Bill’s and Phyllis’ visitation on Saturday, October 19th, 2024, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, at St. Joseph Church, 226 French St, Hammonton, NJ 08037, with Mass to follow at 12:00 pm.
