Penny Lou Victor

Penny Lou Victor (nee Rabinowitz), age 73, of Voorhees, NJ, passed away on Monday December 5, 2022. Beloved mother of Greg (Arlene) Needham and the late Jason Needham. Proud grandmother of Jason, Kayla, Harley, and Jenna. Dear sister of Bruce (Margie) Rabinowitz. She is also survived by her former spouses John Victor and Tom Needham.

Penny was born in Philadelphia, PA, and had most recently resided in Voorhees, NJ. She was a loving and devoted mother who treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Mom-Mom/Grandmom. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh.
