Michelle A. Catling

Michelle Ann Catling (nee Weatherhead), age 62, of Sicklerville, NJ and formerly of West Berlin and Waterford Township, NJ, passed away on February 11, 2025. She was born in Stratford, NJ, to the late Donald Weatherhead and Rita Girgenti (nee Midili).

Michelle had a fulfilling career, previously working at White Hall Laboratories in Hammonton, NJ before dedicating herself to being a stay-at-home Mom. She loved spending time outdoors, especially camping and at the beach.

Michelle was predeceased by her son, Justin Catling; her parents, Rita Girgenti and Donald Weatherhead; and her brother, Raymond Bruce.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Arthur Catling, Jr.; children, Gina LaLena (Dan), A.J. Catling, and Ashley Monte; grandchildren, Danny LaLena, Alyssa LaLena, and Chase LaLena; stepmother, Connie Weatherhead; brother, Dylan Weatherhead; granddogs, Jada and Daisy; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Michelle will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory and will be held privately and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
