Maureen Gaetenella Hanna

Maureen Gaetenella Hanna, age 22 of Pleasantville, NJ, passed away tragically in a car accident on November 1, 2023. She was born to devoted father Robert and adoring mother Marianne (nee Puopolo) Hanna in Vineland, NJ. Maureen was recently accepted into nursing school, an accomplishment she was very proud of and a journey she was eager to begin. She was an employee of Ancora Psychiatric Hospital for the past year. Maureen enjoyed the movie "Trolls." She enjoyed spending time at the nature reserve and loved all animals. Maureen was cherished by all and will be remembered for her confidence, “never backing down” attitude, defender of the weak, and a good person to have in your corner. She will be deeply missed; may she rest in peace.

She is survived by her loving parents Robert and Marianne Hanna; her confidant and partner in crime, brother, Sean Hanna; kindhearted older sister, Robin Hanna; the love of her life Nestor Chaparro and his family, especially Nestor's mother who Maureen lovingly referred to as “Mamita;” as well as many loving extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, from 5:00 PM – 6:45 PM PM at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. A memorial service will begin at 6:45 PM at the funeral home.
