Mary C. Jordan

Mary C. Jordan, age 92, of Berlin, NJ, passed away on Sunday July 3, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Francis X. Jordan.  Loving mother of Robert (Kathleen) Jordan, Lois (Terry) Paynter, Frank (Diana) Jordan, John (Linda) Jordan, and Mary Lush. Proud grandmother of 19, and great-grandmother of 23. She is also survived and will be sadly missed by her many extended family members and her dear friends especially Nancy Cadet, Margaret McCafferty, and Carol Marella.

Mary was born and raised in South Philadelphia, a Two Streeter, as she liked to call herself. She was a longtime resident of West Berlin, NJ. Mary was an active member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Berlin, NJ. She hosted family get-togethers for many years during the summer months and loved vacationing in Cape May. She was forever grateful that her grandson John Jordan was able to take her on one last trip to Cape May where she visited her favorite place to vacation. During her time living in Berlin on her own she also looked forward to weekly lunches and cocktails with the ladies.

Cremation will be held privately. Arrangements for a memorial service and sharing of memories will held sometime in the near future. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary’s name to The Church of the Good Shepherd for their community outreach program. In the meantime, the family requests that you enjoy a fancy cocktail in Mary’s honor.
