Marion H. Reader (nee VanStine), age 95yrs of Williamstown, NJ passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2019. Marion is predeceased by her husband Jack T. Reader and her son Jack D. Reader. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Joy Reader and her daughter, Marion J. Darrach (Victor). Mrs. Reader is also survived by her grandchildren, Tracy Zeuner, Jennifer Pacilli, Tiffany Tynan, Jonathan Reader, Victoria Darrach and Jacqueline Ruggieri, 11 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, her brothers, Ken Van Stine, Ray Van Stine, her sister, Meta Stelmach and many nieces and nephews. In 1943, Marion married her Sailor, Jack T. Reader and enjoyed 49 ½ years of true love. She delighted in weekly dinners with her family and sharing memories of childhood trips to Cape May with her parents, siblings and dog. She was an exceptional role model to her granddaughters, always radiating strength, poise and intelligence. Included in her many pastimes were sewing, crossword puzzles, writing poetry, reading and pinochle. In fact, Marion, on the day before she passed, played pinochle with her 99-year-old friend. Her viewing will be held on Thursday evening 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. On Friday morning, family and friends will meet again from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Williamstown United Methodist Church, Main St., Williamstown for a visitation followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00am for both Jack and Marion Reader.
