Marie M. Giglio

Marie M. Giglio, age 89, of Sicklerville, NJ, passed away on Thursday December 16, 2021. Beloved wife of the late James V. Giglio. Loving mother of James (Susan) Giglio, Gary (Carol) Giglio, and Jeffrey (Pat) Giglio. Proud grandmother of Kristin, Dana, Jeffrey, Dara, and the late Jamie; great-grandmother of 7. Dear sister of Vincent Cordua and the late Cecilia Zampetti. Marie was born in Philadelphia, PA and resided in Marlton, NJ, before being a longtime resident of Sicklerville, NJ. She worked as a cook at Virtua Hospital in Voorhees, NJ for many years. She was an active parishioner of Our Lady of Hope Parish, Blackwood, NJ. Marie was an avid reader and she loved to shop. She enjoyed cooking for her family and made the best pumpkin pie. She was a Philadelphia sports fan, especially for the Philadelphia Eagles. A viewing will be held on Tuesday December 21, 2021, from 9:30 to 10:45 am at Our Lady of Hope Parish – St. Agnes Church, 701 Little Gloucester Rd., Blackwood, NJ. A mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.
