Joseph Wozniak

Joseph Wozniak, 87, of Waterford, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, surrounded by his family.

Joseph was born in Philadelphia, PA to George and Catherine (nee Przezinska) Wozniak. He had worked as a quality control manager in the textile industry for Liz Claiborne in Secaucus, NJ. Joseph coached baseball in Waterford and played on a softball team in Medford. He was a Grand Knight in the Knights of Columbus, an avid bowler and enjoyed playing cards.

Joseph was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Frances (nee Rowley) Wozniak; three brothers, George Wozniak, Frank Wozniak, and Edward Wozniak, and son-in-law, Victor Ortiz.

He is survived by his children, Joseph (Suzanne) Wozniak, Helene F. Ortiz, Dr. Robert J. (Susan) Wozniak, and Michael (Robin) Wozniak; his grandchildren, Joseph (Jenn), Kevin (Justina), Christopher (Shannon), Eric (Christina), Rachel (Dorothy), Audrey, Hailey, Michael (Samantha) and Amanda (James); his great-grandchildren, Bella, Saoirse, Holden, Harper, Evelyn, Olivia, Eliana, and Cassandra; and his companion, Shirley McGraw.

His viewing will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, from 9:00am to 10:45am at Christ the Redeemer Parish, Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Drive, Atco, NJ 08004, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 am. Arrangements are under the care of LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004.
