Joseph R Grasso

Joseph Ryan Grasso, 28, of Winslow Twp, NJ passed away suddenly on Friday, July 21, 2023.

He was the loving son of Melissa Lomas-Grasso and Carmine J. Grasso Jr., beloved brother to his siblings, Gabrielle A. Grasso and Carmine J. Grasso III. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Joseph Lomas Sr. (Louise Lomas) and Martha A. Mullen (James Mullen Sr.) along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins from New York to Florida.

Joseph graduated from Winslow Twp. High School in 2013 and had a zest for life, he enjoyed hanging out with friends, playing basketball, working out, playing beer pong, and mostly women. Although for the last couple of years he had been fighting to overcome addiction he still had an unbreakable bond with his family. His love and compassion outshined this horrible disease, but heroin addiction is merciless, and we need to open our hearts and our minds to all who are still sick and suffering. Joseph was a smart, talented, funny and loving soul who fought valiantly to fight this disease, but unfortunately, he was unable to overcome it and the loss is devastating to his family and all who knew him. There is no possible reason to justify this loss.

Services will be held at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ on Sunday from 10-12 with a memorial service at 12pm.
