Joseph "Mac" P. Mcnulty, Jr.

Joseph P. McNulty, Jr., lovingly known as “Mac”, age 77, of Atco, NJ passed away at Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ after a long illness. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Ruth McNulty, son, Michael McNulty (Gwenn), brother, Tim McNulty (Tina), 2 sisters, Nancy McNulty and Terry Casalnova (Vince), 2 grandchildren, Dawn Jackson and Ryan McCaffrey, 11 nieces and nephews, 16 grand nieces and nephews as well as many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph P. McNulty, Sr. and Marie McNulty.

Mac was a United States Air Force Veteran that served as a medic in Japan during the Vietnam war. After the Air Force, he worked as a respiratory therapist for 50 years at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Burlington Memorial Hospital, Cooper Hospital where he enjoyed being head of respiratory trauma and training new respiratory students, and Berlin Virtua Hospital. He was deeply loved by all that knew him and will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday, February 6th, 2025, from 1:00pm to 3:00 pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ. Military honors and service will begin at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Mac’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital by clicking here.
