Joseph J. Veilleux

Joseph J. Veilleux, age 90, of Atco, NJ, passed away on Thursday May 23, 2019. Beloved husband of Barbara A. Veilleux (nee Bozarth). Loving father of Joseph Veilleux, Jr., Valadene Veilleux, and Daniel Veilleux; stepfather of Barbara Jo Bartels, the late Beth Petrakis, and Kim Bartels. Proud grandfather of Megan, Amanda, Emma, and the late Alex. Dear brother of Gertrude. He is also survived and will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Joseph was born in Waterville, Maine, and was a longtime resident of Atco, NJ. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for 23 years. Mr. Veilleux also worked for many years as a slot attendant for the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City. He was a parishioner of St. Simon Stock Parish, Berlin, NJ. Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 28, 2019 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at St. Simon Stock Parish, 178 W. White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Mt.
