John F. Williams, Sr., “Chopper,” age 63, of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ, passed away on Tuesday January 2, 2018. Beloved husband of Donna Dwyer-Williams. Loving father of John F. (Julie) Williams, Jr., Matthew J. (Ashley) Williams, and Tiffany Lynn Williams. Proud grandfather of John Anthony Williams and Sophia Lynn Williams-Lugo. Dear brother of Kenneth (Carol) Williams, Jr. and Robert Williams. He is also survived and will be sadly missed by his aunt Annie Long, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. John was born in Somers Point, NJ and resided most of his life in Egg Harbor Twp. He, along with his brothers, owned and operated Fairway Cycle in Somers Point, the family business started by Gertrude and Kenneth Williams, Sr. in 1969. He was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also a lifelong member of Ocean City Gun Club, where he enjoyed hunting with his sons, grandson, and friends. Services and cremation will be held privately.
