Jerry W. Benegar

Jerry W. Benegar, age 82 of Marlton, NJ, passed away on December 30, 2024. He was born to the late Leonard A. Benegar and Mary Louise Benegar (nee McKinney) in Paris, AR. Jerry proudly served in the US Navy from 1962-1966. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who will be remembered for his loving and kind nature. Jerry will be deeply missed.

Jerry is survived by the love of his life, June S. Benegar (nee McCollum); children, Jerry W. Benegar, Jr., Brian K. Benegar, Sr., and Wendy L. Benegar (Wally Morrell); daughter in law, Richelle Benegar; grandchildren, Walter Morrell, Brian K. Benegar, Jr., Tyler Benegar, and Nicholas L. Benegar; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Ronnie Benegar (Nancy); and several loving niece and nephews.

He is predeceased by his grandson, Andrew S. Benegar and brothers, Bruce Benegar and Gary Benegar.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory and will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made the Wounded Warrior Project , and/or the American Lung Association , and/or to Samaritan Hospice.
