James M. Wager

James M. Wager, age 69, of Atco, NJ passed away on July 18, 2022. Jim was born to the late Roy H. and Henrietta J. (nee Libucki) Wager in San Jose, CA. Jim was a graduate of Glassboro State College and worked as the facilities director for Manchester Township School District for over 20 years before retiring. During retirement, he began substitute teaching and especially enjoyed working with the special education students. He also enjoyed coaching youth sports including football, softball, baseball and soccer. Jim took interest in gardening, hummingbirds, dinosaurs, music, and science fiction books and movies. Most of all, Jim loved nature and spending time outdoors. He will be deeply missed.

Jim is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Tami Wager (nee Lawyer); children, James L. Wager, Daniel L. Wager (Alicia M.), and Sarah J. Maggiulli (Joseph M.); siblings, Barbara McIntire and Roy Wager (Patty); and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on July 24, 2022 from 2pm-4pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004.
