James Bernard Hughes

James B. Hughes age 72 of Medford, NJ passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022 James is survived by his daughter, Holly Cheatley (Bob) of Lindenwold, NJ, brothers, John Hughes (Nancy) of Kure Beach, NC and Carl Hughes (Diane) of Medford, NJ. James is also survived by his grandchildren, Sarah Hughes, Ethan Cheatley, Brody Cheatley, Emma Hughes and Olivia Hughes Also surviving are his nephews, John Hughes (Christine), Brian Hughes (Gina) and Ryan Hughes (Arianna) and his great nieces and nephews, Austin, Emily, Christian, Francesca and Nicholas. James is also survived by his late brother Lou’s family, Jeanne Olsen and their children, David and Donna (Richie). James is predeceased by his wife, Teresa Hughes, his son, James B. Hughes, Jr. and his brother, Louis Olsen.

James was a car enthusiast; especially Corvettes. He loved watching the Phillies and listening to the Beetles. He was kind and had a great sense of humor.

He loved his family and his pets, and he will be sorely missed

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022, from 10:00am to 11:00am at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ. A prayer service will begin at 11:00am. Cremation and interment will be held privately.
