Irene W. Belka

Irene W. Belka (Nee Weaver) age 68, of Media, PA went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 18, 2024.

Irene was born to Joseph and Barbara Weaver and grew up in Middletown Township, PA. Irene graduated from Penncrest high school; class of 1973. She also attended Widener University and Harcum junior college. She enjoyed a successful career in banking.

A few of her passions were most definitely shopping, gardening, crafting, and spending time at the beach or the lake.

Her family and time spent together with them meant everything to her. Her faith in Jesus and her family were where her joy came from. Our fun and crazy Aunt Renēē will be so very missed by family and friends.

Irene is survived by her siblings, Mary and Joseph, her stepchildren, Carol, Donna, and Anthony (Dana), her nieces and nephews, Barbara, Christos, Victoria, Brandon, Megan, Kristen, Lauren, Natalie, Kat (Brandon), Linda, Efthymios, Maria, Vasiliki, TJ, Gianna, Nathaniel, Philip, Anthony, Kassandra and Ethan.

She is predeceased by her loving husband of 30 years, Frederick, her child, Charlie, her parents Joseph and Barbara, her brother, Richard, her niece, Heather, and her nephews, Lowell, and Dimitrios.

Our sincere gratitude to all of the amazing caregivers who helped care for Renee in her later years. We cannot express what you mean to us and meant to Renee.

Cremation will be held privately. A celebration of life will be held at a later date, more details to come. In lieu of flowers, donations can be lovingly made in her memory to the benevolence fund at fellowship Bible Church of Mullica Hill, New Jersey.
