Holly Ann Miller, age 69, of Atco, NJ, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2024. Born in New York City, NY, Holly was the beloved daughter of the late Albert Sedar. She is survived by her devoted mother, Jean Dimmitt Sedar, and her siblings: David Sedar, Warren Sedar and his wife Zuceli, and Emily Sedar Traenkner and her husband Kirk. Holly is also remembered fondly by her nieces and nephew, Elena Sedar, Samantha Sedar, Devon Traenkner, and Kirk Michael Traenkner. She leaves behind her dear friend Bonnie Vetri, who was a cherished part of her life.
Holly dedicated her career to making a difference in the lives of others. She managed a group home for developmentally disabled adults at Bancroft and later served as an investigator with the Department of Children and Families (DYFS) before retiring. Her commitment to her work reflected her deep compassion and care for those in need.
In her retirement, Holly enjoyed many passions. She loved going to the beach, visiting Sedona, Arizona, and decorating her home with flair. A voracious reader and a self-proclaimed foodie, Holly delighted in trying new restaurants in South Jersey with friends and family. Her zest for life and joy in new experiences were an inspiration to those around her.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory and will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Click this link to donate
