Harry James Stang

Harry James Stang, age 67, of Berlin, NJ passed away on October 2, 2022 after a long struggle with prostate cancer. The family wishes to thank all the doctors, nurses, and support staff at NJ Urology, Penn Medicine, and Samaritan Hospice for their care and guidance. We are eternally grateful.

Harry was a hunter, baseball player, and wrestler; he later became a coach and referee. Harry was an avid Phillies and Flyers fan, even though they broke his heart. Harry was always ready to help friends and family. A talented tile craftsman, many have benefited from his work. Above all was Harry’s family, they were most important to him.

Harry is predeceased by his parents, Harry and Anna Mae (nee Coyle) Stang.

He is survived by his wife, Maureen Stang (nee Cool); daughter, Brianna Stang; stepdaughter, Lauren Cool (Dani); and a host of friends and family.

It was Harry’s wishes to have a celebration of life where he could be with friends and family, reminiscing on old times instead of a funeral service. Cremation will be held privately. Condolences can be shared on Harry’s Tribute Wall.
