Genevieve C. Serra

Genevieve C. Serra, age 76, of Turnersville, NJ, passed away on Saturday March 30, 2019 at the Samaritan Center at Voorhees. Beloved wife of Anthony R. Serra, Jr. Loving mother of Lori Serra and Anthony (Courtney) Serra. Proud grandmother of Shyanne, Beau, and Knox. Dear sister of Frank (Beth) Ferraro and Joseph Ferraro. Genevieve was born in Philadelphia, PA and had resided in Turnersville since 1973. She worked in the Admissions Office at Gloucester County College for 22 years, retiring in 2006. Genevieve loved music, especially Johnny Mathis. She also loved her family, and she truly loved being a mother. Visitation will be held Thursday April 4, 2019 from 10:30 to 11:30 am at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 362 Ganttown Rd., Turnersville, NJ 08012. A funeral mass will begin at 11:30 am. Cremation will be held privately.
