Frank Damiano

Frank Damiano, age 90 of Cherry Hill, NJ and formerly of Atco, NJ, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2023. He was born to the late Dominic Damiano and Mary Rodio in Elm, NJ. Frank was one of six children and grew up in Elm, NJ, and the surrounding areas.

He worked at St. Joseph’s Parish in Hammonton as a maintenance man and bus driver. Frank then went on to work at Owens Corning for 30 years in Barrington, NJ, as a forklift operator. He married the love of his life Doris, whom he referred to as “his doll,” and together they made the perfect team. Frank enjoyed hunting, motorcycle riding, playing cards at the casino, and going to the horse races with his brothers. He will be deeply missed.

Frank is predeceased by his parents, Dominic Damiano and Mary Mazzeo (Rodio) and brothers, Peter, Daniel, and Dominic “Jr.” and sister, Florence Parry.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Doris Damiano (nee Randanella); son, Frank Anthony Damiano; sister, Marie Nye; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 9:30 AM-10:45 AM at Assumption Church/Christ the Redeemer Parish, located at 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco, NJ 08004. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM at the church. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Berlin, NJ.
