Frances E. Diponziano

Frances E. DiPonziano, 83 of Voorhees, NJ passed away peacefully on her birthday at home surrounded by her family on March 21, 2021. Born in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Francis and Emelde (nee Frisario) Ruocco. Beloved wife for 63 years to Louis “Pop” A. DiPonziano, she is also survived by her daughters, Marie DiPonziano of Sicklerville, Lisa Stiefel (Jay) of Sicklerville, and Frances DiPonziano of Turnersville, sister Carol Muriella (Nicholas) of Philadelphia, along with grandchildren Nina Marie Derwin (David) and Nicholas Stephen Swartz. Frances, during her many years, was employed as a pharmacy technician and a customer service clerk at Berlin Housewares. In her spare time, she greatly enjoyed the trips she would take to the Atlantic City Casinos. She was an avid coupon shopper and was always looking for a good sale. She also enjoyed ceramics. The only thing better than spending time with Fran was enjoying her eggplant parm. Most of all she was a peaceful soul blessed with a kind heart and loving family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Frances on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish – St. Lawrence Church, 135 North White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ 08021. Memorial Mass will begin 11:00 AM. Interment will take place privately at a later date.
