Felicia Marie Rafael, age 30, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on Saturday December 26, 2020. Beloved daughter of Monica and Antonio Rafael. Proud mother of Colin and Miranda. Loving fiancé of Michael MacNeill. Dear sister of Anthony Rafael. Felicia was a lifelong resident of Williamstown, NJ. Growing up, she was involved in the Girls Scouts of America from kindergarten through 12th grade. Felicia was a loving mother whose children were her world. She was also proud of her brother’s service in the United States Air Force; he was her hero. Viewing will be held on Thursday December 31, 2020 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ. Cremation will be privately.
