Edward S. Midgett, age 55, of Glassboro, NJ, passed away on Friday February 21, 2020. Beloved husband of Terri Midgett (nee Slimm). Loving father of Stephen (Corin) Midgett, and Chevae Midgett. Dear son of Cora Mae and the late Edward D. Midgett. He is also survived and will be sadly missed by his brother Scott (Tina) Midgett and Stephanie Midgett. Edward was born in Washington DC, and resided in Maryland for many years before moving to Glassboro, NJ. He worked as a customer service representative for AT&T in McLean, VA for many years. Edward loved sports and was a fan of the Washington DC teams. He was a diehard fan of the Washington Redskins. He also liked to draw and enjoyed comic books. Always one to make a joke, he enjoyed making his friends and family laugh. Cremation will be held privately. A visitation will be held on Saturday March 7, 2020 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the Beulah Baptist Church of Deanwood Heights, 5820 Dix St. NE, Washington DC 20019. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 am. Condolences may be shared at www.lpwoosterfuneralhome.com
