Domenico R. Chicherico

Domenico R. Chicherico, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on April 21, 1947, to Domenico and Francesca (Perrone) Chicherico in Philadelphia, PA.

Domenico was the beloved husband of Marie Chicherico (Lionelli) for 47 cherished years and a devoted father to Carol Lynn (predeceased), Kimberly Fumo (Joe), Briana Venturo (Ben), and Domenica Nardello (Michael). His grandchildren, Joey, Alaina, Francesca, Angelina, were the light of his life. His dog Lorenzo brought great joy to his life. He was also a loving brother to Diane DeCola (Giacomo), Marlene Guinta, and Linda Storlazzi (Clifford), and a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.

After graduating from South Philadelphia High School, Domenico embarked on a fulfilling career. He worked in Direct Mail Advertising, drove a Jitney in Atlantic City, and most recently served as a transporter for Matt Blatt KIA in Egg Harbor Township. However, the role he cherished most was that of a grandfather, spending precious time with his granddaughters.

Domenico was a family man through and through, finding happiness in every moment shared with his loved ones. His love for the beach provided him solace and peace amidst the waves and sand. He showered his granddaughters with endless affection, creating treasured memories that will be cherished forever.

While Domenico's presence will be deeply missed, his legacy of love and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004, and on Monday at Christ the Redeemer Parish/Assumption Church, located at 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco, NJ 08004 from 10:00 am to 10:45 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Cremation will be private.
