Diane P. Bakley

Diane Petralia Bakley passed away peacefully on December 17th, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on June 8th, 1951, she lived a life filled with laughter, compassion, and an unwavering spirit.

Diane was a loving wife to Richard Bakley who passed away in 2001.

As a devoted mother, Diane raised her beloved daughter, Tahlia Bakley, with boundless love and support. She instilled in her the values of kindness, integrity, and perseverance, qualities that Tahlia carries with her today.

Diane was a true friend to many. Her loyalty, quick wit, and infectious humor made her a cherished companion. She had a knack for finding joy in the everyday, often sporting humorous t-shirts that brought smiles to the faces of those around her.

A passionate advocate for animals, Diane opened her home and heart to countless creatures in need. She rescued and cared for those that others had overlooked, providing them with love, safety, and a second chance at happiness.

Her strength and resilience were evident in her battle with cancer, which she faced with courage and grace. She never gave up, inspiring those around her with her determination and positive spirit.

Diane will be deeply missed by her daughter, family, friends, and the countless animals whose lives she touched. Her legacy of kindness, humor, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, Dec. 28th. 2024, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco NJ. 08004, a eulogy will begin at 11:00 am, followed by burial at Atco Cemetery, 2242 Bartram Ave., Atco, NJ 08004.
