Diane J. Maas

Diane J. Maas (nee Cuomo), age 77, of Cedarbrook, NJ passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Geraldo “Jerry” Maas, Jr. Most loving mother of John Maas (Terrilynn) of Moorestown, N.J., Anthony Maas (Jennifer) of Sicklerville, N.J., and Angela Maas (Pat Dever) of Oaklyn, N.J. Dear sister of Lawrence Cuomo (Nancy) of Haddon Heights, N.J. and caring sister-in-law of the late Angelo Maas (Lucille). She is also survived by her 5 beloved grandchildren (Nicholas, Christopher, Julianna, Joseph, and Dominic). Diane had many hobbies which included spending time gardening, crafting, staying on top of current events, cooking, shopping (especially from QVC), and card games. While never interested in sports she surprisingly became an avid NASCAR fan. The Christmas season was her favorite time of the year and she took her decorating and family traditions seriously. What was most important to Diane though was family. Mrs. Maas relished in family time especially when everyone gathered for Sunday dinner. She deeply cared for her family and was concerned for everyone’s happiness. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of the Christian Burial on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 at 11:30AM at St. Simon Stock Parish, Our Lady of Mount Caramel Church, 1 North Cedar Ave, Berlin, N.J. 08009. Visitation and Viewing will be held prior from 10AM-11AM at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, N.J. 08004.
