David Patrick Rice

David Patrick Rice, age 68 of Erial, New Jersey passed away on Monday, May 30th, 2022. Loving husband of Carol Coyle. Dear stepfather of Tracy (Kevin) Kowal and Joseph Coyle. Beloved grandfather of Luke and Kasey Kowal. Loving son of Marie Rice. Dear brother of Brian Rice, Greg Rice, Steven Rice, Patrice Hohn, and Rhonda Dart. David is pre-deceased by his father, Patrick Rice. He leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. David was born in Sparta, Wisconsin to parents Marie and Patrick. He served in the United States Air Force from 1975 to 1981 in the Vietnam war. David and Carol had been together for over 25 years and married for 10 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and game hunting. David deeply loved spending time with his family, friends, and his dogs. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. Family and friends are invited to the graveside service on Tuesday, June 14th at 2:00 pm at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA 18940. Cremation will be held privately.
