Claribel Montano

Claribel Montano (nee Weiss), 84, of Berlin, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

She was born in Florida in the Camaguey Province of Cuba. Claribel worked as a nurse’s aide at St. Mary’s Center for Rehab & Healthcare in Cherry Hill for 30 years until her retirement. Her favorite pastime was spent with her family, making memories with her passion for cooking and entertaining.

Claribel was predeceased by her husband, Jose G. Montano and her daughter, Teresa Gibbons.

She is survived by her son, William A. Weiss, daughter in-law, Christine Weiss, daughter, Beth Moklak, son in-law, Jamison Moklak, granddaughters, Tatyana Moklak, Illayana Smith, Emma Weiss, Kylee Moklak, and Katherine King; grandsons, Brent Bass, Alvor Bass, and Chaz Weiss; great-granddaughters, Mila Bass and Zoe Carabello; great-grandson, Brody King; and son-in-law, Joe Gibbons.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, from 11:00am to 12:00pm, followed by a eulogy at 12:00pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004.
