Champa Bhimani, 68, passed away peacefully at home on Friday morning, December 22, 2023. She was surrounded by family and secure in her ever-present, enduring faith in God.
Champa is survived by a family who loved her very much, including her mother, Hemiben Kansagra; husband Lalji; children Arti, Hetal, and Jay; sons-in-law Michael Estime and Matthew Peterson; daughter-in-law Ashley; and grandchildren Quentin, Devin, Jaiden, and Iyla. She was predeceased by her father, Harilal Kansagra and her sister, Revtiben Ratanpara.
We will remember Champa for her incredible inner strength, her boundless smile, and her love for and commitment to her family and community. Champa’s spirit and faith will live on with us for many years.
The viewing and puja for family and close friends will be held on December 26, 2023, at 10 am, at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, New Jersey 08004. For those who cannot attend, you can watch the livestream by clicking here.
We are also hosting a lunch celebrating Champa’s life on December 26, 2023, at 1 pm, at the Indian Cultural Center, 820 NJ-73, Evesham, New Jersey 08053. We invite all of Champa’s friends and the larger community to attend.
