Cecelia Carluccio

Cecelia P. Carluccio (nee Sowinski) age 94 passed away peacefully Thursday evening December 8, 2022 at her home. Cecelia is predeceased by her loving husband, Victor G. Carluccio. She is survived by her 6 children, Joseph Carluccio (Bonnie) of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ, Patricia Garwood (Donald) of Woolwich Twp., NJ, Victoria Hargesheimer (Michael) of Franklinville, NJ, Cecelia Murphy (James) of Sea Isle City, NJ, Victor J. Carluccio (Sharon) of Sicklerville, NJ and Linda Maressa (Joseph) of Waterford, NJ. Grandmother of 14, Great Grandmother of 16, Great Great Grandmother of 2.

Cecelia was a devoted mother and loved spending time with her family, especially cooking Sunday dinners. The family would gather around the dining room table and the house would be filled with love and laughter while enjoying the delicious food she spent all morning to prepare. She loved to read historical romance novels, watch game shows, Hallmark movies and puzzles. One of her greatest joys was baseball, she loved watching the Phillies.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, December 16, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:45am at Christ the Redeemer Parish/Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco, NJ 08004. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 noon. Interment, Atco Cemetery.
