Carl E. Holwick

Carl E. Holwick, age 96, of Gibbsboro, NJ, passed away on Saturday May 8, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Kathleen Holwick (nee Gable). Loving father of Arlene and Edward, and stepfather of Karen DePietropolo and Ronald H. Raudenbush. Proud grandfather and great-grandfather to many. Dear friend of Joanie and the late Buddy Torpey. Carl was born in Abilene, TX, and had previously resided in Burlington Twp. and Blackwood, NJ before moving to Gibbsboro 7 years ago. He proudly served in the United States Army during World War II. Carl enjoyed carpentry and woodworking, so much that he rebuilt a condemned house with his wife many years ago. He was also an avid golfer and he greatly loved his dogs. Cremation will be held privately. Inurnment and military honors will be held privately at a later date.
