Bonnie M. Cotter, 66 years passed away in Voorhees, NJ on August 21, 2021. Born in Buffalo, NY she was the daughter of Joan (nee Turner) Benham and the late Vincent Joseph Benham. She is survived by her husband James J. Cotter of Hammonton, daughters, Tammy Cotter (Michael Demar) of Hammonton, NJ, Sandra Chamberlain of Berlin, NJ, Tracy Cotter (David Curcio) of Newfield, NJ, a brother Brian Benham of Louisiana, a sister Beverly Kindell of New Port Richey, FL, grandchildren, Samantha Chamberlain, Shaina Cotter, and Troy Chamberlain, Jr. Bonnie for many years worked as a special needs education teacher for pre-school children through sixth grade in the Winslow School System. Later in her career she taught students from first grade to sixth grade. She always enjoyed being a teacher. In her spare time, she loved to go boating at the Viking Marina. She also enjoyed painting, writing, and swimming. Final disposition was held privately. A memorial service for Bonnie and her husband James will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 6:00 pm at Union Trust, 717 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19106.
