Antonio D. Iacono, Sr., age 79, of West Berlin, NJ passed away on Friday, April 28th, 2023. Beloved husband of Margaret Iacono (nee Sullivan). Devoted father of Antonio Iacono, Jr., Mary Williamson, Joseph Iacono, Sr., Michelle Shildmyer (John), and Michael Iacono Sr. (Wendy). Cherished grandfather of Anthony Iacono, Antonio Iacono Jr, Victoria Iacono, Judd Willamson Jr., Nico Williamson, Margaret Williamson, Robert Hale, Daniel Iacono, Nathan Iacono, Laura Jean Hettel, Catherine Shildmyer, Christina Shildmyer, Cheynamarie Shildmyer, Carissa Iacono, Michael Iacono Jr, and Noah Iacono. Dear great grandfather of 10 great grandchildren and brother to 4 brothers and 4 sisters. He is also survived by his childhood friend, Anthony Rania. Antonio is pre-deceased by his parents Sam Iacono and Geneiveve Iacono (nee DeStephano), his daughter in law, Tracy Iacono and grandson, Joseph Iacono Jr.

Antonio was a devoted husband and father to his family. Generations of memories, laughs and love came from the family he created with his wife of 63 years, Margaret. To share all his life’s adventures and accomplishments would be impossible because there are so many. From providing for his family, to being a master builder owning his own contacting company, A Timberline Contracting, to taking spontaneous trips as a pilot with his children. He was the ultimate comedian, making anyone around him laugh or chuckle at the things that would come out of his mouth and who could forget that impressive head of hair! Antonio enjoyed listening to Elvis and rooting for his favorite team the Philadelphia Eagles. Most of all, he cherished the time he spent with his family.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Cremation was held privately. The family asks for privacy at this time, but condolences can be shared on Antonio’s tribute wall.
