Anthony M. Mangold

Anthony Michael Mangold, age 31, passed away suddenly in Southampton, NJ on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024.

Anthony was born in Mount Holly, NJ on April 15th, 1993, to parents Robert and Victoria Mangold. Throughout his life, he lived in the towns of Medford, Southampton, Chatsworth, Tabernacle, Pemberton, and Shamong. He attended Shawnee High School and worked as an Electrician’s Apprentice.

Anthony had a deep love for adventure, nature, music and technology. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with those closest to him out in the Pine Barrens- the place he felt most at peace. He cherished his family and friends. Anthony was incredibly talented both musically and with his hands. When he wasn't outdoors, he'd be found playing his guitar, spending time on his computer, or working with tools.

Anthony lived his life authentically and stayed true to himself. Though his life wasn't without challenges, he faced them with incredible strength and remained a free spirit until the very end.

Anthony leaves behind a loving family. His father, Robert Mangold (partner, Judy Haines), and his brothers, Cody Mangold (daughter, Victoria; partner, Mia George) and Robert Mangold (son, Wyatt; wife, Andrea), will miss him dearly. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Janet Mangold, and his maternal grandparents, Glenn and Mary Horner. Anthony was blessed with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

He is predeceased by his beloved mother, Victoria Mangold (2016), whom he cherished deeply.

The family invites you to honor Anthony’s memory on Saturday, July 13th at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004, a viewing will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm.
