Devoted mother of Fran Ortiz of Barrington, NJ, Valerie Allen and her husband Michael of Thornton, CO and Ruben Ortiz of New Brunswick, NJ. Grandmother of Stephanie and Danielle. The past three years of Valerie, s life was her happiest while she lived with her daughter Fran.
